Bedok Residences garnered strong interest with over 350 units sold on the first day of launch
Launched in November 2011, Bedok Residences comprises 583 residential units spread across eight 15-storey blocks. Within the first hour of the launch, 66 units were snapped up, which means that at least one unit was sold every minute. By 5pm on the first day of launch, more than 350 units of the 450 units released for sale were sold. As at December 2011, over 80 per cent of the 583-unit development was sold.
