CapitaLand’s latest residential development in Bishan is the best-selling project in Singapore for September 2013 and sets a new benchmark for city-fringe living

This unbeatable proposition was why throngs of prospective buyers turned up early at the Sky Vue showflat in the last weekend of September when CapitaLand launched its latest residential project in Bishan. The demand for the 505 units released for sale was so overwhelming, interested buyers had to ballot for a chance to purchase units. By the close of the weekend, 433 units or 86 percent of the launched units have been sold, mainly two- and three-bedroom units.

The 694-unit Sky Vue comprises twin, sleek 37-storey towers with one- to three-bedroom units, two bedroom suites, and penthouses. The units range between 484 and 1,905 square feet; and boast well-articulated layouts and a chic, contemporary design that offers the best of modern living.

“I like the design of the apartment’s interior. The concept is different - the kitchen opens into the long balcony. This makes it perfect for dining at the balcony,” said Emily Gwee who purchased a two-bedroom unit.

Long-time Bishan resident, Wilson Hui was thrilled by the amenities his new home will have. He said, “My unit is overlooks the pool. So I have a good view. I was also attracted to Sky Vue because of its central location. It is near almost every part of Singapore.”

Sky Vue is expected to be completed by 2017. But if the rousing response it received at its launch was anything to go by, it is clear that Sky Vue has set a standard in city-fringe living with its prized location well-articulated layouts and practical lifestyle amenities.

Sky Vue was recently accorded The Most Popular Singapore Award at the 2013 iProperty People’s Choice Awards, Singapore’s only consumer-selected awards for property developers and home service providers where winners are selected based on consumers’ preferences for properties with premium interiors and unique home spaces. The 694-unit Sky Vue, which offers an array of spaces for residents to enjoy nature and views of the cityscape, sold 433 units or 86% of the 505 units launched in September 2013.  

“Sky Vue was the best-selling project in Singapore in September 2013. It also affirms Bishan’s popularity, especially those developments catering to home buyers from different market segments,” said Mr Wong Heang Fine, CEO (Residential) of CapitaLand Singapore.
