CapitaLand celebrates its first residential project in Hanoi

Jointly developed with Hoang Thanh Investment and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Hoang Thanh), CapitaLand’s maiden residential project in the city, Mulberry Lane, celebrated its topping out ceremony last month with about 300 guests in attendance, which include government officials, ambassadors, business partners, homebuyers and the media . Mulberry Lane is the first residential property in the city to be awarded the Green Mark Certification (Provisional) by the Building and Construction Authorities of Singapore (BCA) in 2010.
