What do relocation services, brand new electrical appliances and quality furnishings have in common? Well these are some of the things a new homeowner would need. To enhance the moving in experience and offer convenience to its new residents, CapitaLand Residential Singapore (CRS) is for the first time offering a suite of exclusive deals and promotions for residents of The Wharf Residence, which obtained TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) status in September.
Residents at the development will enjoy exclusive discounts and promotions for a wide range of products and services including home maintenance services, handyman services as well as kids’ gym, violin classes, art and craft workshops for children.
Adding value to our stakeholders through innovation and continuous improvement is one of the core values that CapitaLand staff pride themselves on. And the CRS Property & Asset Services (PAS) team is no exception. Several months prior to TOP, the team approached retailers and service providers to negotiate the tie-ups.
“We put ourselves in the shoes of our new home owners and thought about what they would really need during the moving-in process, what would delight them and make life easier for them. The process can be quite stressful as there are numerous things a new homeowner has to consider. By offering these special deals and promotions, we hope to take some stress off them and make the moving-in experience more smooth and pleasant,” said Ms Lee Hwee Hwee, Relationship Service Manager, PAS.
She added that the team also studied the homeowners’ demographics and the location of the development to determine the type of products and services that would appeal to them. “The services catered for children such as the kids’ gym, violin classes and art and craft workshops are really meant to complement the development’s facilities.”
Residents only need to produce their property access cards or discount vouchers to enjoy these deals and promotions.
Exclusive deals and promotions for residents of The Wharf Residence
Residents can count on Asian Tigers Mobility (formerly K.C. Dat) and The Family Movers, well-established relocation companies to take care of all their relocation needs. Asian Tigers Mobility is offering residents a 5% discount on relocation services, complimentary handyman services and 30-days storage services. The Family Movers is offering special rates, complimentary handyman and full packing and unpacking services. In an exclusive collaboration with CRS, 3M is also offering 30% off its window film installation, water filer system and interior finishes. Families with young children will welcome the special rates offered by Legate, provider of invisible window grills.

Deck your new home with the latest quality appliances
Residents will receive attractive free gifts with their purchases at Miele and enjoy up to 20% off Philips lighting products. They can also enjoy Sony’s 3D experience in the comfort of their own homes with exclusive deals and freebies with every purchase of Sony Bravia 3D models. Bosch is providing exclusive offers on selected models of refrigerators and washing machines just for residents at The Wharf Residence.
While the adults are busy moving into their new homes at The Wharf Residence, their children can be enrolled in art & craft classes and workshops at Art Zone Pte Ltd. Residents get 15% off the normal prices for the Art & Craft packages that cater to children of different age groups. In addition to the slew of great deals and promotions, CRS has also developed a suite of e-services to keep residents updated on-the-go. A condo portal and mobile application allow residents to book handover appointments, view notices, book facilities and create events using the e-invite component.

Having put in much effort to get its first value-added services initiative off the ground, the PAS team is getting feedback from residents at The Wharf Residence so as to refine the initiative for other developments.
Said Ms Monica Wang, a resident at The Wharf Residence, “This is a great initiative which offers the residents exclusive deals and savings with relevant retailers and service providers in the vicinity of the development. It shows that CapitaLand is going the extra mile for their property owners. If I were to purchase another CapitaLand property, I would welcome a deal on interior design services, preferably from the firm that designed the showflats for the development. Deals with popular eateries or restaurants in the vicinity would also be attractive.”
